How do we want to Progress?

We need to decide, before the Wrath of the Lich King strikes Azeroth how fast we want to progress. This is important because it determines our raid times, how frequently we raid, and often whether or not we have support from our guild members.

Currently we've decided that we will progress at a rate which is proportional to our gear progression. This makes sense. But again. How fast? How often do we want to raid?

Point in case: Exodus raids a lot, several times a week. Delirium raids twice per week, but clears everything in those two days. Mead Hall Pirates clears one instance per week, one instance per weekend, and PVP's the rest of the time.

I think that our progression style needs to be dependent on our gear as mentioned above. However, I don't see us clearing an instance that could be 4 or 5 hours long in one go. It would be much better to spread out our raiding a little... though not raid everyday. Three days a week for raids would be nice, and then maybe 1 or 2 days for PvP. that would give us a fairly flexible schedule and give everyone a better chance to attend raids. If for some reason we don't have enough people or don't have the right class spread for a raid, the whole weeks raiding won't be affected to much. Also, only raiding half the week will give people breaks from raiding to collect mats, PvP, quest, etc.
